Our range of services include designing, mold making, extrusion, machining and surface treatment.

• Designing

  When beginning the process of aluminum profile manufacturing, designing is the first process to be considered. Fuzhen has a professional team of enthusiastic people who have worked in the aluminum extrusion design for years. Our designers will look closely at the individual needs of each customer and then work out a solution that is precisely oriented to desired drawings and specifications, as well as the requirements of the downstream production situation.

• Mold Making

  At Fuzhen we have our own mold workshop which allow us to design and custom-manufacture a mold for aluminum profile processing. So far, we have produced over 200 types of extrusion molds for aluminum extrusion manufacturing. We have the ability to accomplish a complete process of mold making, sample production and mass production.

  Our mold making workshop comes equipped with a range of advanced manufacturing equipment including wire cut EDM machine, EDM machine, CNC machining center, CNC lathe, horizontal grinding machine and more high-precision equipment to ensure we are nimble enough to manufacture custom extrusion mold per your sample or drawing, and help you obtain low costs and long service life.

• Extrusion

  Aluminum extrusion is a process of shaping aluminum alloy material by forcing it through a die with a shaped cross section. As an aluminum profile expert, Fuzhen can help you develop molds according to your drawing or specific requirements for extruding aluminum profiles of different sizes and cross sections, satisfying various application needs, no matter the industry.

  Our workshop is equipped with advanced aluminum processing lines and complete inspection and testing devices to ensure we produce the high quality products. Currently, we have 4 aluminum extrusion lines involving extruders of 600-2000t which enable us capable of accommodating any orders from large production to small business orders.

• Machining

  At our machining workshop, we have several CNC machine tools including CNC milling machine, CNC drilling machine, CNC machining center, etc. These high precision machine tools perform deep processing of aluminum extrusion profiles to ensure that the extruded part is in full compliance with the agreed drawing and standards, as well as required dimensional precision.

  With our CNC cutting machines, we are able to cut aluminum profiles to the length specified by the drawing.

• Surface Treatment

  Surface treatment can not provide aluminum extrusions with superior look, but also increase protection against corrosion, improve durability and prolong the service life of aluminum parts. The methods for aluminum surface treatment are mainly anodizing and electrophoretic coating. Our surface treatment workshop has 3 anodizing lines and 2 electrophoretic coating lines to offer aluminum extrusions with high hardness and good corrosion resistance after treatment. Besides, we can also implement other surface treatment methods such as sand blasting and oxidation treatment as per customer request.

• Welding & Assembly

  After machining of aluminum extrusions, we help customers join aluminum profiles together to prefabricate components of doors, windows, curtain walls, railings and other aluminum extruded products, simplifying your on-site installation.
